Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) Visionpool is seeking a proven and experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support key aspects of its ERP implementation project for one of our clients. The OCM’s role on this project would be crucial in ensuring that as an organization successfully adopts the new ERP system and the changes it brings by guiding the people side of the transformation through effective communication, driving user adoption, and minimizing resistance to change. Tasks
Assessing organizational readiness and how the new ERP system will impact SLGA business processes, employees and organizational structure;
Creating a comprehensive actionable change management strategy which includes goals, timelines, and success metrics to guide our client through its ERP transformation;
Developing, executing and managing communication strategies that keep all stakeholders highly engaged about the project’s progress, benefits and how it affects them;
Developing and managing feedback channels to address stakeholder feedback in a timely manner to build trust and address resistance;
Oversee development of training materials and coordinate training to ensure SLGA employees receive the necessary training to use the new ERP system effectively, based on their roles and needs;
Managing resistance and driving adoption by providing targeted interventions and supports to ease transition;
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the change management process;
Working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels (executive leaders, division and branch heads, end users) to understand their concerns and gain support for the ERP system;
Providing on-going support post go-live; and
Other duties as required/assigned.
Upon completion of the project, the resource will execute a transition to operations plan to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer.
The preference is that the resource will be available to work on-site in Regina, but remote work is possible.
