Visionpool Business Service is hiring a REMOTE Business Analyst who will work on a project to implement a cloud SaaS solution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years IT project experience as a Business Analyst
CBAP Certification
Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Working knowledge of PM best practices
Ability to understand complex processes and complex business rules.
Ability to translate technical processes into business language.
Experience with contact centre technology projects
Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations
Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps
