Visionpool Business Services is hiring a REMOTE Project Manager who will work on an Agile project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for a contact centre.  

 

Qualifications: 

 

PMP Certification  

Minimum 5 years of IT project experience as a project manager 

Experience with Agile project methodologies   

Experience delivering cloud SaaS solutions including vendor coordination and integration with enterprise systems 

Experience working with contact centre or customer service environments 

Strong communication and customer service skills  

Ability to manage business and technical stakeholders through change, adoption and operational readiness in a customer-facing environment 

Experience with contact centre technology projects 

Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations 

Experience with Azure DevOps 

Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
