Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Business Analyst to join a Nuclear Business Technology team to help with requirements management, workshop facilitation, presentations and business analysis. You will be responsible for Planning documentation, Requirements elicitation, Use Case documentation, Testing materials (e.g. scripts, scenarios, etc.) and Acceptance criteria, Requirements management, Job Aids, Workshop facilitation, Documentation of complex business concepts, Review and analysis / recommendations of documentation, Journey Mapping and Business Process Modeling.

YOU WILL NEED: 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering OR Computer Science 

Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) 

Minimum 5 years experience in a Business analyst role for delivery of software 

Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills 

Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles 

High adoption rates of new technologies 

Business Process Modeling Experience 

Journey Mapping 

Understanding of modern technologies and architectures
